This document is the binding agreement between TopMatch casino and every person who uses top-match-casino.com.ua. Any amendments, supplementary rules and policies referred to here form part of it. TopMatch may revise these rules, its regulations and its payment procedures at any time without notifying users individually.
Revisions apply only to bets and transactions made after the update; anything already placed keeps its original terms. By registering an account you accept this agreement and take full responsibility for respecting the gambling laws of your own country.
Eligibility and Player Responsibility
Only adults aged 21 or over may register, deposit, play casino games or place bets. You alone must check that online gambling is lawful where you live and report any winnings or losses to your local authorities where the law requires it.
top-match-casino.com.ua does not accept the following persons as customers:
- anyone under 21;
- citizens of the Russian Federation;
- persons previously excluded or self-excluded from gambling;
- citizens and/or residents of states sanctioned by the Financial Intelligence Unit of Curaçao.
TopMatch may also turn down registrations, deposits and bets from citizens or residents of countries whose laws fall short of the international standards of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), including countries that FATF reports name as having weaknesses in their strategy against money laundering and terrorist financing.
Restricted Countries
In line with international law, licensing conditions and our internal responsible gaming policy, citizens and residents of the territories below cannot open an account, deposit or play:
- Asia: Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Singapore;
- Europe: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Republic of Cyprus, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom;
- Caribbean: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius;
- North America: United States of America; Canada (Kahnawake Mohawk Territory and the Province of Ontario);
- Oceania: Australia.
TopMatch monitors where players connect from and may block any account that breaches these restrictions.
Identity Verification
TopMatch relies on the details you supply when opening an account and is not liable if they turn out to be untrue. To prevent fraud and disputes, however, we may in exceptional cases ask you to prove your identity and confirm the information given.
By opening an account you agree to answer any such request promptly, fully and accurately, including by providing documents and evidence of the source of your funds.
If you do not meet these verification obligations, TopMatch may cancel your winnings and end its services unilaterally, returning only the money you deposited. Fraud involving payments or bets will be pursued, including through criminal proceedings.
Account Security and Passwords
Keeping your login details safe is your own responsibility. Our staff will never disclose your data, but TopMatch is not liable for the consequences if your confidential information reaches third parties. Any operation confirmed with your login or account number and password is treated as valid and legally binding.
The only limit on operations is the balance available in your account. If you think your password has been exposed or your account compromised, ask the administration to change the password at any time. Losing a password is not a reason to cancel a bet or a withdrawal request.
Each player may hold one account only. Exceptions are decided individually by the administration and on its terms, and you must obtain approval before opening an extra account; doing so without agreement breaches these rules.
No Transfer of Accounts
You may not transfer, sell or pledge your account to anyone else. The ban covers everything of value linked to it — ownership of the account, winnings, deposits, bets and any rights or claims to them, whether legal, commercial or otherwise.
It also extends, without limitation, to encumbering, lending, trading, brokering, mortgaging or gifting such assets, whether arranged via a trustee or with any other party — a company, a private person, a legal entity, a fund or an association. Letting another person use your account may lead to it being blocked.
Sports Betting Section
Alongside slots and live casino, TopMatch accepts bets on sports and other events. The rules below govern that section.
Line, Limits and Bet Types
Bets are taken from the line — the list of upcoming events with the odds offered on each outcome. Handicaps, odds, totals, accumulator restrictions and maximum stakes may change after any bet, but bets already accepted keep their original terms.
A stake can never exceed your current balance. Within one gaming day, your combined stakes on a single event may not exceed the maximum shown in the line, and once that cumulative limit is reached no more bets on the event are accepted.
The following bet types are available:
- Single — a prediction on one outcome; the payout is the stake multiplied by the odds of that outcome.
- Accumulator — predictions on several independent events at once; the payout is the stake multiplied by the product of all selected odds.
- System — the full set of accumulators of one size chosen by the player; the payout is the total won across those accumulators.
- Accumulator Plus — a daily list of extra events at enhanced odds, subject to special conditions.
Accumulators and Systems
An accumulator wins only if every selection in it is correct; one losing selection loses the whole bet. Accumulator odds are capped at 2000. Any sport or betting category may be included, provided the events are unrelated.
You may not combine different markets of the same match, or several bets concerning one player in the same tournament (related or not), within a single accumulator or system. Such a bet will be refunded even if the betting software failed to block it automatically.
Accumulator Plus conditions:
- maximum stake equivalent to USD 500;
- at least three events per accumulator;
- maximum accumulator odds of 2000;
- systems are not accepted;
- the accumulator line type must be selected when the bet is placed.
Acceptance and Cancellation
Pre-match bets are accepted until an event begins. A bet that is accepted after the actual start for any reason is void and refunded, and inside an accumulator it counts at odds of 1. Live bets, made while play is under way, stay valid until the event ends; a live bet accepted after the end for whatever reason is settled at odds of 1.
Live score updates are for information only, so an incorrect score on screen is no ground for cancelling a bet. TopMatch does not guarantee the accuracy of in-play results and settles bets on its own data about how the game actually went.
Once a bet is registered on our server and the page shows a confirmation with the bet number, it cannot be changed or withdrawn. Connection problems or other technical faults on your side do not void a bet that has reached the server.
Event Information
Start dates and times in the line are indicative. A wrong date does not void a bet: anything placed before the real start stands. For settlement, the start time is the actual one, as recorded in official documents of the organiser of the competition or match.
Translations of player names, team names and venue cities may not be perfectly accurate, and TopMatch does not guarantee them. Although we try to keep the site accurate, all information on events in progress is indicative only, and we recommend checking other sources as well.
Obvious Errors and Misconduct
If staff make an obvious mistake when compiling or publishing the line, or the software that generates it clearly malfunctions (for example, obviously wrong odds or inconsistent odds across positions), TopMatch may void the affected bets unilaterally, whether they were placed before or after the event started.
If a member of staff is found to have committed fraud contrary to these rules, TopMatch may decline to honour the bet and refund the stake instead. A bet may also be cancelled where there is reason to believe it was placed after the result was known or after the chosen player or team had gained a significant advantage, such as a lead, a substitution or a sending-off.
Postponed, Interrupted and Relocated Events
- If an event is delayed beyond 36 hours after its coupon start time, all its bets are settled at odds of 1 (sport-specific rules may provide otherwise).
- If play stops and the event is not finished within 12 hours after the coupon start time, markets already decided at the moment of interruption are settled on those results; undecided markets are settled at odds of 1.
- Bets stand if a match moves to a neutral venue; they are refunded and removed from accumulators if it moves to the opponent's ground; when both teams come from one city, the venue makes no difference and bets stand.
Results and Settlement
After an event ends, TopMatch publishes results based on official reports and other sources. Where sources disagree or contain obvious mistakes, TopMatch decides at its own discretion which result to use for settlement.
A result later overturned because of a protest, doping case or similar is disregarded: bets are paid on the result as it stood when the event finished. If several participants or teams are declared joint winners, bets on their victory are settled at odds of 1. Opening and topping up an account follow the account and deposit rules; winnings are paid under the rules on settlement and withdrawals.
Bet Slip Errors, Negative Balance and Complaints
Make sure your bet slip is completed correctly under these rules. If it contains an error, whoever caused it and for whatever reason, TopMatch may refund the bet.
If resettlement after an incorrectly entered result leaves your balance negative, your account stays locked until you top it up by at least the amount owed; otherwise TopMatch may stop accepting your bets. Bets placed before the resettlement remain valid and are settled normally.
Complaints about a bet must reach us within 10 days of its settlement. Later claims will not be accepted or reviewed.
Disputes and Limitation of Liability
The TopMatch administration has the final say in any new situation or any matter these rules do not clearly address. TopMatch is not liable for loss or damage resulting from using the site or relying on its content, including failure to connect, delays, communication line faults, or errors and omissions in the content.
Other Provisions
- Sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.
- If a translation differs from the English version, the English text prevails.
- TopMatch may restrict or refuse bets from any person without giving reasons or prior written notice.
- Final odds for every bet type take into account how particular outcomes are settled (handicaps, totals, etc.) and of events cancelled or delayed for longer than the periods stated in these rules; such cases are settled at odds of 1.
